RightBin Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the RightBin mobile application (the "App") and services (the "Services") operated by RightBin ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, including text, graphics, photos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service.

• Ownership: You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.
• License Grant: By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Services.

3. Subscriptions and Fees

• Freemium Model: The Service is offered under a freemium model. The basic functionality is free of charge. Advanced features require a paid subscription ("RightBin Pro").
• Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You are prohibited from posting any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RightBin and its licensors. The RightBin name and logo are trademarks of RightBin.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall RightBin, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
